PRIORITIES: 1-Day Life Mechanics Series Workshop
Something we don't often admit is that our days get away from us pretty quickly. We have to scratch and claw, or just plain lie in order to get to our own interests. We take pride in being strong. We feel guilt and responsibility if we don't help others before ourselves. And, we have bold visions of our lives sitting in our hearts... waiting for us to live them.
Since February of this year, when the Life Mechanics Series classes started, a theme started to emerge. No matter what the topic, almost everyone focused on two things: appreciating themselves, and attaining their goals. These two things seem simple and obvious, and they are. These reasons are also why we are here living our lives -- to appreciate our lives and to live them according to our specific vision.
As we were finishing up the Time Management Series and moving into the Family Series, I thought it'd be a great time to create a one-day workshop just on those two things.
The Plan for the Day
The intent for this one day workshop is to sync up your vision for your life with what you actually do every day. It's easy to push your life into the future. Well, if you don't wish to wait for the future, then you might like spending a day re-grouping before we head into holidays, family and end-of-the-year craziness.
Post Workshop Coaching/Class Support
To help support your new plan through the holidays, the workshop includes a 1-hour monthly coaching sessions with Life Mechanics coaches during October, November and December. And, during the month of October, I will be teaching a weekly class for attendees called, "Living Your Priorities." The coaching is included in the registration fee. The class I will be teaching is an option you can register for separately.
If you prefer understanding what is going on with you... If you would rather figure out how things work, then you'll love this Life Mechanics workshop: A nuts and bolts approach to how your life is put together, how you can rebuild it to your vision, and be able to live it every day.
